JTPP was established in March 1995 in Luohu District of Shenzhen. For reasons to increase the equipments, expand business scope, upgrade the environment, and strengthen organization structure, JTPP moved to the Songgang town in Shenzhen in January 1999. JTPP also set up the branch in Dalian in March of the same year.
